I am the President of the Young Entrepreneurs Association from the South – East Region of Romania (YEAR-SE) and Vicepresident of the National Council of SMEs from Romania. I have over 10 years of experience as an entrepreneur. I am proficient in grant writing and project implementation in the two areas I have a passion for: the business environment and participative democracy.<\/p>\n
With YEAR-SE, I am implementing mainly projects financed by the European Commission’s Human Resources Program, in partnership with SMART Development Center and other NGOs from Romania. The projects that had and still have a major impact on young entrepreneurs are: Diaspora Invest<\/strong><\/a>, Start UP Smart 2.0<\/strong>, Integrated development in Cudalbi Village from Galati County<\/strong>, Start UP Smart!<\/a><\/strong>, Yes I Can<\/strong>, Labor Market from A to Z<\/strong>, and Mobile center for occupation and professional training in non-agricultural fields<\/strong>. This employers association is also providing the tools to improve the business environment in the South – East region of Romania. I am the partner of ZebraPay<\/a> company in Galati with my firm, Eco-Terra<\/a> and I was the co-founder of Bankers Cafe & Hubb<\/a>.<\/p>\n I also have a passion for participative democracy, founding SMART Method of Public Policy<\/a>. This is a citizen engagement tool engaging citizens in policy making, with the aim to generate as many success stories as possible.
