SolveNet or the second stage of development for SMART Method of Public Policy

We have started SolveNet project, or Citizen Engagement in the Prioritization, Design and Implementation of Local Development Policies. It is an important step to further develop SMART Method of Public Policy which will be used in a trans-national partnership made by organizations from Romania, Ukraine, Armenia, and Republic of Moldova. Having the benefit of a generous grant from the European Commission’s Black Sea Program, we are going to make the method more efficient and generate more success stories of civic engagement in the four partner countries.
