Orange Romania does not respect its clients!

I paid an Orange invoice for mobile services approximately 2 weeks after the due date and I had to pay reconnecting fees although my service was not interrupted and I also paid penalties. From my point of view, Orange Romania does not respect its clients, adopting a position of strength. After I finish this contract, I will say “GOOD BYE ORANGE” and look for another carrier.
