He doesn’t even speak English! I met the British Ambassador to Romania a few years ago, who was SPEAKING ROMANIAN fluently! And Romanian is extremely difficult to learn! I can’t help asking myslef how these people become to represent our country abroad, embarassing Romania and themselves on CNN?
