I have raised over 3000 support signatures for my candidacy to Galati City Council

I want to thank all those who gave me signatures, my friends, my family, my colleagues, the groups of volunteers who gathered support signatures at the tents from Potcoava and Trei Star, and the volunteers who walked the streets of Galati. I also want to thank some admirers who heard about my intentions and gathered signatures themselves. Every effort really mattered!

The next step is the official campaigning period from May 10 until June 10. I know it will sound odd for us, Romanians, but I am not going to be more active than usual. From my point of view, a citizen who holds a public office or who aspires to one, is always in electoral campaign. This way you achieve results and pozitively impact the community. Unfortunately, many public officials are holding a true dialogue with their constituents only one month every four years, during the official campaigning period. Of course, there are exceptions, but quite hard to find.

I wish that on June 10, the citizens from Galati will vote resumes and achievements, laying the basis for performance in our local public administration. At the same time, I wish they will support the spirit of initiative, decency and good manners. My resume is now public and can be seen here.
