Some of the proposals that I endorsed during the debates in the Romanian Parliament regarding start-up funding, especially for the Start Up Nation Program: 100% non-refundable funding, VAT eligibility, payments based on expenses accounts, eligibility of projects in the rural areas, evaluation based on the quality of the business plan:
